So
I initially bought a 750ml vaccume jar but that arrived was wasn't holding the vacuum due to I believe a design flaw
I told the seller about it to try and find a fix but since it was a design issue
The seller told me to pick any other jar and he'll send me that one
I picked this one and he did send it to me
It arrived in a couple days and works and looks just as advertised
He didn't avoid my texts or anything like many other sellers do
Replied in time and corrected the issue and sent me a new jar

On reciept i found 1 x cup hadle broken, i sent compaint to cuatomer servielce, theyvhave arranged an eftra cup for me and now the extra cup also deliver with out any charges.
