So
I initially bought a 750ml vaccume jar but that arrived was wasn't holding the vacuum due to I believe a design flaw
I told the seller about it to try and find a fix but since it was a design issue
The seller told me to pick any other jar and he'll send me that one
I picked this one and he did send it to me
It arrived in a couple days and works and looks just as advertised
He didn't avoid my texts or anything like many other sellers do
Replied in time and corrected the issue and sent me a new jar
Actually quite impressed because this type of service is quite rare in this country
I just paid the difference which was about 500
Due to the new one costing 500rs more than the old one
And the new one works perfectly
Will definitely be buying again if I ever need smth in the future

I bought 6 men set, customer service was good, delivery was free. On reciept i found 1 x cup hadle broken, i sent compaint to cuatomer servielce, theyvhave arranged an eftra cup for me and now the extra cup also deliver with out any charges. I recommend 5 star for the stor. Product quality was also good. However i had to pay 25% advance payment to confirm the order,

These are really healthy and hygienic. I use them for fermenting my morning shit for my chocolate milkshake. There is no smell. Excellent product
