TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT:

Your shipment number is emailed and sent via SMS to you on details provided at the time of your order. 

CUSTOMER SERVICE: 

We try to offer customer service 24/7, however in case of long queue of queries, you might get a response within an hour or two. 

How is my package delivered?

All packages are delivered via local courier companies. The deliveries are made within 3-4 days of order confirmation.

How much will I pay for shipping?

If your order is above Rs.5999, shipping is free. For any order below Rs.5999 you will pay a standard shipping rate of Rs.199/-.

How long until I receive my items?

If the items you ordered are in stock, you will receive your order within 3-4 days of order confirmation.

If the items you ordered are not in stock in our warehouse, then it will take about 7-10 days to deliver it to you, provided the item is in stock with our supplier. If this is not the case, we will provide you with an estimated delivery time.

If I buy several items, will they be delivered together?

If you order more than one item, we will do our best to send everything together. We like to consider the environment, so if you are not in a hurry for a specific item, we will send everything in one shipment once we have the complete order ready (unless there is an item with an extraordinary delivery time).

This also depends on whether all ordered items are in stock.

Advance Payment Policy

For all orders exceeding Rs. 15,000, a 20% advance payment is required to confirm the order.

This small advance helps ensure a smooth and reliable shopping experience for both you and us. In the past, many high-value orders were not accepted upon delivery, which led to product damage and unnecessary delivery costs. By securing your order with an advance payment, we are able to:

• Prioritize and reserve your products

• Reduce delivery delays

• Maintain better quality control

• Keep overall prices fair for all customers

The remaining balance can be paid at the time of delivery.
