I had ordered those mixing bowls before eid and got them on time but one bowl was cracked, I registered a complaint and the efficient home hatch team immediately responded me and replaced the cracked bowl just after eid holidays.highly recommended

I initially bought a 750ml vaccume jar but that arrived was wasn't holding the vacuum due to I believe a design flaw
I told the seller about it to try and find a fix but since it was a design issue
The seller told me to pick any other jar and he'll send me that one
I picked this one and he did send it to me
It arrived in a couple days and works and looks just as advertised
He didn't avoid my texts or anything like many other sellers do
Replied in time and corrected the issue and sent me a new jar

I just paid the difference which was about 500
Due to the new one costing 500rs more than the old one
And the new one works perfectly
